Job Description

Nambiti Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional administrative support, including:

  • Supporting the implementation of our operational plan;
  • Providing administrative assistance to our team members;
  • Assisting walk-in clients;
  • Preparing waybills for parcels to be dispatched with courier;
  • Attending to email enquiries and responding in a timely manner;
  • Assisting with calls received from the public;
  • Managing our filing system;
  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy files according to our file plan;
  • Managing the flow of documents in and out of the unit.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Senior Certificate; Senior Certificate or a National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 qualification – on NQF L4;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet);
  • Telephone etiquette;
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Ability to deal with the public;
  • Good administration, record keeping, and time management skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

$35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
