Staff Unlimited is seeking a qualified Ready-Mix Delivery Specialist to manage the logistics operations of our ready-mix concrete supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive requests for quotation and attend to them within the mandated turnaround time.
  • Coordinate with the operational team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes for ready-mix concrete trucks based on order locations, traffic conditions, and truck/plant capacities.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
