The role of Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Mindworx Consulting Ltd is a high-profile position that demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success by providing critical insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making and execution of organisational priorities.

  1. You will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, identifying key priorities, milestones, and metrics to measure progress and success.
  2. Monitoring and evaluating organisational performance against strategic objectives is another essential responsibility, where you will identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  3. You will lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and drive organisational success.
  4. As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will represent the CEO's interests and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications and Criteria:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years experience in a business management or executive role is required.
  2. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
  3. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, marketing, or business analytics is advantageous.
  4. Experience working in a similar capacity as a Chief of Staff or executive assistant to a CEO is highly desirable.
  5. Prior consulting experience, with a focus on operations management, is preferred.

  6. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
