We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee all human resources (HR) operations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This individual will develop HR strategies, provide sound advice to senior management on related matters, and be responsible for managing programs and leading staff.
The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of HR administration departments, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing corporate plans for various HR matters, such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, and employee engagement.
Designing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, and talent acquisition.
Implementing HR initiatives, systems, and tactics that drive business results.
Overseeing the work of HR personnel and providing guidance to ensure seamless execution.
Serving as the primary point of contact for employment relations, monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards, and addressing grievances and violations when necessary.
At least 3 years of experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and screening processes.
Familiarity with MS 365 Office and other productivity tools.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate resolutions.
