About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist and Front Line Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling phone calls, and providing technical support to clients.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic networking knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and direct guests, answer phone calls, and manage correspondence.
  • Organize the reception area, stock necessary materials, and update calendars.
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and office security.
  • Arrange office repairs/maintenance and handle filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.

You will also be responsible for providing technical support, including troubleshooting basic issues, logging client requests, and assisting clients with ticket logging.

We offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
