Mukuru is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our World Class Customer Support Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance with money transfer orders and related queries.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls from current and prospective customers, and make call-backs to assist with order creation.
- Order Creation: Accurately create orders on the system on behalf of customers, and ensure all information is accurately captured onto the system.
- Ticket Management: Create tickets on the Zendesk for queries that must be escalated, and manage own system by prioritizing calls.
- Communication: Assist customers on digital chat support channels, and provide new customers with all relevant information about the card and what is required to open an account.
- Product Promotion: Promote new and additional products to customers, and uphold the company brand.
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Understanding and speaking of English and one of the following languages: Shona/Ndebele.
- Experience: 6 months Customer Service experience, and contact centre experience is desirable.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of money transfer procedures, FICA regulations, and African currencies.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and telephone skills.
- Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, including selling skills and conflict management skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
