As a Training & Development Officer with Frogg Recruitment, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a training framework that ensures a technically skilled workforce.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in HR Training and development, with expertise in eLearning development/design and SETA experience.

We offer a hybrid role with a market-related salary (CTC), including medical aid and provident fund. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the rollout of onboarding processes
  • Buidling a learning framework for individual development
  • Managing the administration and maintenance of the training system
  • Conducting group training needs analysis
  • Ensuring statutory training and mandatory learning and development
  • Providing line manager and leadership training
  • Overseeing SETA management and BBBEE compliance
  • Supporting wellness initiatives, including providing training and coaching to people managers

A degree in Human Resources is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about developing talent and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply. Estimated salary: R700,000 - R1,200,000 per annum.
