Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets.
  • Control Expenses: Manage store expenses to ensure they are within budget and optimize profitability.
  • Manage Stock Losses: Implement measures to reduce stock losses and ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
  • People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Merchandising and Visuals: Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards to drive sales and improve customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Matric certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills to manage a high-performing team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
