Job Title: SAP Human Capital Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Human Capital Solution Architect to join our team at DLK Group PTY Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architectures for SAP Human Capital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform solution architecture functions across different domains, including Business Information, Data, Application, Technology, and Security.
  • Work alongside the enterprise architect to ensure solutions conform to enterprise goals, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to elicit business and technology requirements and translate them into a solution architecture.
  • Research new solutions to address specific or general business problems.
  • Design and document solution architecture, including integration, to meet identified business and technical requirements.
  • Provide subject matter and solution design expertise within SAP Human Capital Solutions.
  • Report to the SAP Enterprise Architect within the SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Designing and validating complex SAP solutions architecture.
  • Ability to identify and challenge solution scenarios by considering the business environment.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on the SAP platform and tools.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP solutions into various technologies and architectures.
  • Knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrades.
  • IT Strategic planning and execution.
  • Systems thinking and holistic approach to solution analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, security, and systems engineering.
Skills:
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Business and report writing.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and against tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel, Word, and Visio skills.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and changing requirements.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation with stakeholders.
Experience:
  • 7 years of SAP Human Capital Solution Architecture experience.
  • Experience with SAP HCM, ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Architecture knowledge and/or certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) required.
  • Cloud architecture experience will be beneficial.
