Key Responsibilities- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors and ECC6 HCM solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors and ECC6 HCM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.
- Contribute to the development of our SAP Human Capital landscape, including strategic planning and architecture definition.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession and Development, Compensation, Learning, EC Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules, such as Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
