- Backup Management: Minimum 4 years of experience in backup management.
- Agile Methodologies: Champion of Agile methodologies, with at least 4 years of Scrum experience.
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Perl or Python.
- ITIL: Strong understanding of ITIL principles, with certification a plus.
- DevOps Experience: Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience leading or collaborating within these teams.
- Red Hat and Ubuntu: Experience with Red Hat and Ubuntu in a virtualized environment for high-performance configurations.
- Veritas Clusters and CMDB: Experience with Veritas Clusters and CMDB.
- IT Project Management: IT Project Management (ITPM) process knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- International Team Leadership: Experience leading and coordinating international teams.
- ITSM Suites: Familiarity with ITSM suites and ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow and Ansible: Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and Ansible Automation Platform.
