Job Title: ESG Specialist

IT Ridge Technologies is seeking a highly skilled ESG Specialist to join our team. As an ESG Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Group's ESG Strategic Framework and applicable policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ESG Program Implementation: Work under the leadership of the General Manager: Shared Value and Sustainability to bring on board ESG specialist capabilities and support the execution of Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) programmes.
  • Operational Planning: Implement the ESG and ESD operational plan in line with approved business objectives and provide technical support to cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units and departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Governance: Prepare and provide input to management reports on ESG and ESD execution plans, ESG Management Committee meetings, and reports, as well as BBBEE reports and scorecards.
  • Budget Administration: Administer the ESG and ESD budget, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintain accurate records of initiatives funded.
  • ESG Data Management: Coordinate data collection, capturing, analysis, reporting, and ESG communication efforts, and maintain high-quality standards in the integrity of ESG data.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and management information systems (MIS), strong statistical analysis and Monitoring and Evaluation skills, excellent project management, relationship building, and networking skills, and strong analytical, conflict management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
