German Language Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled German Language Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for guiding new hires through the transition into our company, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Assist new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Document Collection: Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary documents from new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication Training: Provide essential communication training to new team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German: Native or advanced fluency in German is mandatory.
- Location: Must be located in South Africa.
- Ability to guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
- Experience in coordinating and managing the collection of necessary documents from new employees.
