We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational direction and financial performance of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the junior management team to ensure operational excellence, service improvement, and process refinement.
  2. Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  3. Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and systems to accomplish their tasks.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless partnership and trust in our business.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement operational best practices and proactive solutions to drive business growth and revenue generation.
  6. Strategic Planning: Support the Senior Operations Director in defining the operational strategy to ensure the long-term development and success of the business.
Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of call center management or equivalent work experience, ideally in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data for reporting.
  5. Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, including financial management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
