As a Senior Manager: Leadership Effectiveness, you will play a critical role in supporting leaders through diverse development opportunities, including personalised learning journeys, scaled fundamental programmes, masterclasses, succession programmes, executive education, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a multi-year strategy for leadership development, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
  • Develop and lead sustainable and well-managed programmes and processes, engaging stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture community to understand the needs of our leaders, design optimal learning experiences, and leverage technology to enhance value.
  • Engage with a range of learning modalities to create impactful learning experiences, leveraging data to generate insights and drive results.
  • Manage relationships with local and international business schools, selecting and managing optimal leadership learning content libraries.
  • Develop and implement a value tracking model to measure results, coaching leaders on development choices, and collaborating across P&C centres of excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated workplace experience in Learning, with at least 3-4 years managing and leading a team.
  • Strong experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Programme Design and Management, Learning Design, Strategy and Execution, Communications, Leading Teams, and External Partnership.
