Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our branch in Western Cape. This is an Equity position that requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales and technical teams.
  • Maintain office systems and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform administrative functions, including budgeting, cost saving, and staff management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support for sales and technical teams.
  • Manage branch expenses, stock holding, and petty cash.
  • Verify and approve expenses, prepare monthly expense budget reports, and manage ordering of office requirements.
  • Supervise 7 staff members, provide training, support, and guidance to enhance team efficiency and cohesiveness.
  • Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals, manage staff leave applications, and maintain discipline regarding timekeeping and leave management.
Requirements
  • A management degree or relevant qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of the business administration field.
  • Previous staff and administration management experience required.
  • Good people skills and conflict resolution ability.
  • Leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and adhere to tight deadlines.
