Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our branch in Western Cape. This is an Equity position that requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales and technical teams.
- Maintain office systems and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform administrative functions, including budgeting, cost saving, and staff management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support for sales and technical teams.
- Manage branch expenses, stock holding, and petty cash.
- Verify and approve expenses, prepare monthly expense budget reports, and manage ordering of office requirements.
- Supervise 7 staff members, provide training, support, and guidance to enhance team efficiency and cohesiveness.
- Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals, manage staff leave applications, and maintain discipline regarding timekeeping and leave management.
- A management degree or relevant qualification.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of the business administration field.
- Previous staff and administration management experience required.
- Good people skills and conflict resolution ability.
- Leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and adhere to tight deadlines.
