About the Role

This high-profile Key Account Manager role at Masimo involves identifying and developing strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals and healthcare markets in South Africa and beyond. You will work closely with Masimo distributors to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales and growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders and Masimo distributors.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Manage CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in key account sales within an organization.
  • Proven sales or customer-facing experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional selling skills including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Results-oriented individual with a positive attitude and sense of urgency to get things done.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical degree(s) a plus.
  • PC literate with excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills.
