Leipzig Country House & Winery, based in Worcester (Nuy Valley), is looking for a friendly, hardworking & reliable team player with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English) & attention to detail, to drive the Events Department.

Duties will include (but not be limited to): *establishing & maintaining relationships with vendors & clients *proper planning of event details with clients *manage event budget & collecting payments *addressing potential problems that may arise during events *Manage all event operations (preparing venue, staffing etc.) *maintain proper administration (quotations, contracts, payments) *all other tasks related to this role.

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Matric with 2-year diploma in Hospitality/Event Management OR
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Functions/Events in Hospitality;
- Wedding coordinating experience beneficial;
- Knowledge of conference/event preparation techniques;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills & attentive, friendly & service-oriented manner;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Nightsbridge, Canva);
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Willingness work shifts, weekends and public holidays. This is a necessity & non-negotiable.
