Accommodation Administrator - Live-in Position
A 4-star graded 21 bedroom guest house in Worcester, situated in the Winelands are looking for an Accommodation Administrator. Do you have a passion for people, enjoy the countryside, have strong admin skills and love the hospitality industry? We have a live-in position for a young, vibrant individual to join our Front of House Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reservations
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Invoicing & Payments
- Guest liaison & Guest managing
- Ensuring guest satisfaction & handling complaints
- Oversee rooms are suitable for guests
- Oversee accommodation staff responsibilities
- Supervision of dinner service
- General Admin of accommodation
- Retrieve feedback from customers via TripAdvisor
- Managing booking systems
- Liaise with travel agencies, booking engines, accommodation websites
- Assist Function Coordinator occasionally with events
**Requirements**:
- Computer Literate - MS Excel, MS Word
- Strong admin skills
- Experience in Nightsbridge or similar booking operations system will be beneficial
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans -written and verbal
- Well-presented and excellent communication skills
- Aged between 22-45 years
- Customer orientated, Passion for people & service excellence
- Hospitality qualification or at least have 2-3 years’ experience in accommodation sector of the hospitality industry
- Good organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Team Player
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be willing to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required by the industry
- Live in position - 1-Bedroom Cottage overlooking vineyards
