We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diary Management: Organize and manage the Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential clients.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take detailed minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
- Report Preparation: Compile and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
- Office Management: Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
- Client and Vendor Liaison: Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Event Coordination: Assist with booking venues, organizing refreshments, and preparing materials for meetings and events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and support other departments as needed.
- Social Media Proficiency: Manage and update LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms, assisting with content creation, posting, and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Expertise in using the internet and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Experience in cold calling is a plus
