Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of a boutique retail store, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service, leading by example to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
    • Analyze sales performance to achieve and exceed store profitability targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
    • Monitor inventory levels, prevent loss, and conduct daily reconciliations, store administration, and financial reporting.
    • Drive Corporate Sales initiatives by fostering relationships with businesses and clients.
    • Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met, adhering to company guidelines.
    • Manage opening and closing procedures according to shift plans, preparing and submitting monthly reports to Head Office.
  • Marketing & Merchandising:
    • Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities to boost brand visibility and sales, aligning with corporate strategies.
    • Implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand image, maintaining compliance with price changes and merchandising standards.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store layout, reflecting the premium image of the brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Tertiary education is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with social media channels and leveraging them for marketing purposes.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
  • Experience in merchandising and presenting premium products, proven sales and customer service skills.
