Job Description:

West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Sell and market our company's products to existing and potential clients, achieving set sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Quote Management: Ensure all quotes are delivered to customers in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Showroom and Trade Show Support: Assist in serving customers in the showroom and at trade shows, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, ensuring all stock is properly recorded and documented.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks, such as writing credit requests and maintaining accurate records.
  • Trade Show Preparation: Assist in the preparation of trade shows, including working overtime when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Be self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Have basic experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with the Sales Process: Be familiar with the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Proven Ability to Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Possess a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a junior role.
