Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using creative techniques and accelerated learning methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet quality and effectiveness standards.
  • Maintain accurate batch MIS records and conduct voice and written assessments at the HCC.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience in delivering English language and soft-skills training.
  • Detailed knowledge of grammar rules, sounds, syllable stress, phonetics, and effective business writing skills.
  • Excellent listening and written communication skills.
