Job Function
The Customer Support Representative represents the company by addressing incoming inquiries, providing solutions to customer needs, and escalating unresolved issues. This role performs basic administrative and customer support tasks, working on routine assignments under close supervision.

• Effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy to navigate internal and external computer systems
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Typing speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and US health insurance concepts
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a similar industry, or equivalent healthcare experience
• Strong customer service background and knowledge of US health insurance or similar industries
