Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead our production planning efforts and ensure timely replenishment of buffers and fulfillment of stock outs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage the production plan for all manufactured products to meet demand, generated by B2Wise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  3. Monitor production progress and adjust plans to compensate for delays or changes in demand.
  4. Coordinate export orders to meet shipping dates and administer stock out lists to meet demand timeously.
  5. Allocate stock for sales to ensure unbiased distribution and optimum service levels.
  6. Manage Logistics Administrators and run daily planning meetings to optimize the Supply Chain.
  7. Liaise with Procurement Department regarding raw material shortages and expediting.
  8. Investigate incidents on Sheqsys and implement corrective actions.
  9. Provide weekly and monthly Supply Chain reporting and statistics.
  10. Administer Pinetown quarterly stocktake.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  2. Advanced Excel skills, including graphs, pivot tables, and formulas.
  3. Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to multi-task, assess priorities, and plan to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Skilled at motivating and coaching a team.
