About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at TalentCru. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintaining and upgrading computer systems and endpoint devices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, develop solutions to complex problems, and create support documentation to aid in future troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Maintaining and upgrading computer systems and endpoint devices
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A+ certification (added advantage)
  • Experience in service desk and systems administration environments (highly desirable)
  • Strong technical background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on location and experience). We offer a competitive salary package, including comprehensive benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
