What will you do?
This is a specialist role reporting directly through to the Events Manager. This role is responsible to co-ordinate client functions and events (including conferences, Gala dinners/awards evenings, road shows, hybrid events, virtual events etc). What will make you successful in this role?
Plan, scope and define client requirements
Source and contract venues and suppliers/service providers
Arrange and executing the event/function/road show
Stakeholder and client relationship management
Undertake office administration
Manage expenses and budgets
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Qualification and experience
Grade 12
Qualification in Events Management or Marketing
Administration working experience
3-5 years’ experience in events/function co-ordination and/or hospitality industry
Experience in a financial service and particularly in a Sales environment will be advantageous
Knowledge and skills
