Key performance areas:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the products and services
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
  • Adjust ongoing campaigns accordingly to ensure the best possible results
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
  • Maintain and update the company's website, social media profiles, and other digital channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and partners
  • Coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and other industry events
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning
  • Implement and develop initiatives and strategies provided by the directors of the company
  • Matric with a Degree in Marketing / Communications or any relevant qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with own reliable transport

Salary:
From R13 000,00 per month
