Sales Administrator

**About the Company**
Servicing of passenger, truck, earthmoving, agriculture, forklift and industrial segments. They run the largest retreading facility in the world under one roof offering turnkey tyre solutions for businesses of any size.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales reports, maintaining sales databases, and managing customer records.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery of products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate salesperson for assistance.
- Monitor and track sales activities, such as lead generation, sales calls, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including sales contracts, price lists, and product/service information.
- Assist in managing the sales team’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Maintain inventory levels of sales collateral and promotional materials, and reorder as needed.
- Generate and analyse sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating contact information, processing customer requests, and resolving customer issues or complaints.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and sales policies to effectively support the sales team and provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
