Junior Mis Analyst

To assist in the development of analysis, insights and reporting to stakeholders in alignment with the Company’s strategic focus areas.

**Responsibilities**
- To gather business requirements within Sales CRM, ERP systems, Inventory Locations, Costing methodologies and the Contact Centre that translate into meaningful MIS reporting and analytical support to meet the needs of the business
- Delivering daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Sales Operations Adhoc reports to be developed to service the needs of business such as preparing data files for upload and building reports to amend system pricing, markup, budgets
- Analysis and processing of large-scale information
- Analysing product Sales data trends and making recommendations to business in relation to B2B promotions thereof
- Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time in line with SLA’s
- Ensure reports are properly balanced compared to data from different systems and that variances are properly investigated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (depending on the report type)
- Adhere to policies, processes and standards
- Keep current with trends in the industry
- **Preferred Qualifications**_
- B Comm degree that includes Maths, Economics, Statistics
- **Preferred Experience**_
- Relevant experience of 5 - 7 years

- Salesforce, Sage Evolution and SQL understanding is an advantage

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
