Church Creative Intern

**Responsibilities**: Handling of tasks such as designing, video editing, assist with technical aspects of the church (websites, social media, content development and editing).

**Areas of responsibility**:
a) **Graphic Design**:develop visual content for various church materials, including flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, newsletters, and presentations.

b) **Photography and Video Production**: Capture high-quality photographs of church events, services, and activities for use in promotional materials and online platforms. Conceptualize, script, film, and edit videos for church services, events, announcements, and promotional purposes.

c) **Branding & Identity**:Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all church materials and media platforms.

d) **Collaboration**:Work closely with pastors, staff, and ministry leaders to understand their needs and vision, and translate them into effective design and video solutions.

e) **Multimedia Integration**:Integrate graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements into church presentations, websites, and social media channels.

**Technical Expertise**:Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.

**JOB SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., graphic design, film production, multimedia arts) or recent graduate.
- Commitment to Jesus Christ evidenced by a personal relationship.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, video editing techniques, and multimedia production concepts.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc).
- Has some knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording/editing for video production.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of visual communication.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
