Short Term and Healthcare Administrator

**You will be responsible for**:

- Liaising and written correspondence with staff, HR's, Doctors and Product Providers
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Managing asset registers
- Updating Workpool Filling
- Assist with website updates and development
- Secretary duties such as taking minutes, compile and distribute
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
- Follow-up and intervene on outstanding / short paid accounts
- Assist with medical scheme authorisations
- Claims investigations / related queries / Billing of patient accounts, where applicable
- Liaison with practitioners and medical schemes
- Deals with client queries in an effective manner
- Matric
- At least 1 to 2 years in an administrative roll
- Computer literate
- Fluently Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the Short term and HealthCare Industry

**The following would be an advantage**:

- NQF5 (Wealth Management)
- RE5 Regulatory Examination (Fist Level Regulatory Examination: Representatives)

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
