Position Title: Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Front Office Manager

**Job Type**: Permanent

Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to our team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to guests, including handling requests and inquiries.
- Monitor the property during off-hours and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate department.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Be available to respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.

ESSENTIAL:

- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Responsible and reliable
- Flexibility in working evening and weekend shifts.

- Computer literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to communicate and develop effective working relationships with staff and guests
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize structure and complete tasks which aligns with the group’s goals and objectives

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
