**Job Description**:

- You will be conducting engineering skills training processes as well as planning, schedules and evaluates legal refresher training.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Engineering Skills training implemented for A1-D1 (mining operations/ process operations)
- Engineering refresher/ induction training facilitated, conducted and evaluated
- Compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (including Sect. 54/55 and learning from incidents).
- Prioritize skills determined for engineering competency
- Compliance in terms of MQA and QCTO requirements
- Best practice integration in training methodology
- Progress reported against predetermined targets
- Participation in the alignment of engineering standards
- Procedures and standards implemented in training execution
- Learnership’s administration and coordination
- Foreman Development Program, bookings and tracking

**This role is in the Human Resource Development Department at a D1 Level reporting to the HRD Coordinator Engineering Technical Training Operations**
- Qualifications
- Relevant Engineering Trade Certificate
- NQF 5 Certificate in OD ETDP
- Assessor Certificate
- ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) Certificate (Advantageous)
- Internal Auditing Certificate (Advantageous)

**To be successful, you will have the following experience:
- At least 3 years Engineering experience of which 2 years as an Artisan or HRD Trainer
- Additional Information
- Computer Literate
- Valid drivers license
