The role reports and works directly with the MD.
Must have own vehicle
Preferably lives in the Edenvale or surrounding area

**CRITICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
Matriculated
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Accounting/Book Keeping Experience
Working on a cloud based accounting system i.e. sage, pastel, zoho
Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to work in a high pressure environments
Individual must be clinical with their reporting
Telephone manners and admin experience
Able to work in a team environment
Punctual
Possess excellent Time Management skills
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Invoicing
Debtors/Creditors Management
Generating reports and files
Assist with Quotations
- Assist with making orders and stock allocation
Stock Taking
Light Travel to and from Warehouses
Liaise with on boarding customers
Following up on payments
Debtors and creditors ledger
Answering calls
Sales reports
Payment and Expense allocations
Liaise with MD on Day to Day Requirements
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
