Odin Checkpoint Support Coordinator

**Basic Requirements**:
- Formal Tertiary education: Grade 12
- Recent graduates in engineering field/user support IT (advantageous)
- Languages:
- English - Read, write and speak (required)
- Afrikaans - Read, write and speak (optional)
- Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required)
**Job Objectives**:
- Support rollout and implementation of ODIN Checkpoint CMMS:
- Manage, control and keep in good running order the ODIN Checkpoint Systems to meet the expectations of customers.
- Ensure there is a flow of effective communication between Jendamark and the customer’s support queries.
- Report and Troubleshoot issues on ODIN Checkpoint system and Technologies.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**_ Implementation Support_**
- Customer support
- Creating customer asset master data
- User management
- Scheduling maintenance activities
- Relay Customer Feedback
- Monitor customer maintenance activities
- Creating maintenance activity content in the form step by step standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support Implementation Activities
- Raven Sensor installation & set-up, implementation and Customer Support
**_Technical Support_**
- Responsible for monitoring all customer query/feedback channels and ensure that these get addressed/answered
- Test ODIN Checkpoint system
- Test ODIN Checkpoint Technologies
- Liaise with developers for issues
- Support development rollouts
**_Product Support_**
- Come up with product improvements for Checkpoint Web-Application, Mobile app and Raven Sensor
**_Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998_
