**Head of BL CV AM Sales**:

**Main accountabilities, responsibilities & deliverables**
- Develop a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase market share in the sub-region for a 5 year period.
- Manage the CV sales team to ensure performance against plan.
- Profit and Loss responsibility for CV IAM & OES measured against annual plan.
- Identify new opportunities within the market. Identify new products/solutions and implement through project management within the team. Collaborate with Category Management to introduce solutions.
- Provide monthly forecasting of sales per product group. Action plans to be developed where negative variances are witnessed.
- Continuous internal sales process optimization to increase Sales/FTE ratio within the subregion.
- Generate sales from fleets through Fleet Pull strategies and frequent visitations by sales team.

**Required skills and experience/ main competencies**
- Engineering or Business Administration Degree (preferred)
- At least 10 years experience in Aftermarket operations
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills with ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions
- People & customer management experience with strong moderation skills
- Effective Communication, influencing & collaboration skills among variuous audiences
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ZF product, footprint, structures and processes
