**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Capturing of bank statements and recon. Submission of VAT201.

Submission of EMP201, EMP501 and issuing of IRP5’s

Submission of periodic UI-19 and updating of employee changes

Registering employers at COIDA, submitting annual return of earnings (ROE)

Raising objections and appeals on incorrect and additional assessments

Registering entities at appropriate institutions

Calculating and submitting CIPC fees

Grade 12 with 3 years administrative experience in a financial department or financial services environment.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Hands-on experience in administration supporting a financial services environment. Previous experiences in tax and company secretarial duties will be advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
