Administrative Professional for a Dynamic Law Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation is essential.
- Liaison with clients requires excellent communication skills.
- The Managing Directors' Diaries must be managed efficiently.
- Travel Arrangements will be made on behalf of the firm.
- Scheduling internal team meetings and preparing agendas is crucial.
- Producing minutes from time to time is an important task.
- Conference Registrations will be handled by the successful candidate.
- Formatting Documents proficiently in MS Office Suite is required.
- Bookkeeping, billing, and invoicing duties will be assigned.
- Document Management is critical to the role.
- Renewal of compliance documents, such as Certificate of Good Standing, Fidelity Fund Certificate, Debt Collectors certificates, and BEE Certificates, is a key responsibility.
- FICA process administration is also required.
- The successful candidate will work closely with auditors and attend to their requirements.
- Similarly, working closely with tax practitioners and attending to their requirements is essential.
- Collaboration with accountants and attending to their requirements is also required.
- Attending to IT queries is a daily task.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Experience and Qualification Requirements:- A Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or Paralegal Studies is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a legal environment is necessary.
- Previous law firm experience can be advantageous.
