- You will be responsible for reconciliations, and owner statements.
- You will be responsible for liaising with auditors for the annual audit and, landlord reconciliation daily.
- You will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports.
- Property management systems experience is essential, preferably propworx. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Remuneration: R6000 pm + Commission**

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Non-smoker
- Clear criminal and ITC records
- 2 - 3 years of Rental accounts administration
- Propworx or any accounting system experience is a must, with Excel and Word.
- Deadline driven.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and good interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in a team and independently.
- Keep confidentiality essential.
- Good telephone skills and manner
- Ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
- Excellent time management
- High sense of urgency and reliable
- Owning a reliable vehicle will be advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organism
- Matric/Grade 12 completed.
- Qualifications in finance
- Experience in finance and administration roles is a must.
- Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel would be advantageous.

DUTIES (not limited to)
- Allocating rent receipts accurately on the accounting system
- Invoice new files and charges for the owner's account accurately.
- Make sure you have proof of payment for all allocations.
- Preparation of payment schedule
- Owner statements reports monthly and payment reconciliation to owners.
- Updating payments made and liaising with the landlord regarding their income.
- Make sure Owners/landlords are paid on time as per lease stipulation.
- Allocating all company expenses to their accurate folders
- Response to PPRA Complaints
- Body Corporations and Municipal payments management instructed etc
