Receptionist/personal Assistant

In collaboration with our esteemed client, a prominent medical claims administrator situated in Pretoria East, we are actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests
- First line of communication
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receiving of deliveries
- Ensure reception and boardroom area is tidy and presentable
- Update calendars and schedule meetings for the use of the boardroom
- Assistant to Chief Executive Officer and Operational Manager
- Compiling of Grocery list and sending for approval
- Managing stationary stock
- Overseeing cleaner and her duties
- Adhoc tasks from Management
- Updating white board in managers office
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- Inter-personal relationship skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential
- Computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Professional appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
**Remuneration**
R 12 000.00 - R15 000.00 CTC per month depending on experience
