An NQF Level 7 qualification on the 10 Level NQF in Administration, Education, Human or Social Sciences will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of four years of experience in administration or education is required.
- At least two years of experience is required in working with large relational databases together with data capturing or information management.
- More than four years of experience in administration or education or two years of experience in verification of qualifications and evaluation of foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
- The incumbent must have a good knowledge of verification processes regarding foreign qualifications and comparison of foreign qualifications standards and procedures.
- Computer literacy, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail and good written and verbal communication should be the strengths of those aspiring for this appointment.

Duties : - Plan, organise and document activities to ensure the necessary focus, achievement of delivery targets and availability of performance data.
- Draft relevant letters, ensuring accuracy and completeness in terms of client needs.
- Undertake verification (online as well as contact based) of client qualification achievements with foreign partners.
- Undertake comparison and document review processes regarding foreign qualifications.
- Assist in establishing resource links with foreign partners in the verification field.
- Help to keep information sources / reference materials up to date, known and accessible.
- Undertake activities that show awareness of and sensitivity to client needs and a sense of urgency to meet these appropriately.
- Maintain a proper register of the records of daily file tracking for reference and reporting purposes and identify issues that should be fed back to the team for continuous improvement.
- Attending to client enquiries and complaints and redirect to the relevant role players to be addressed.
- Render the required support to facilitate client’s needs related to authentication services.
