ENCONA is expanding and we are seeking a Commercial Manager who is responsible for developing and using business intelligence to contribute to strategic commercial activities within ENCONA to support business growth efforts globally. This role will pursue business excellence in the way in which ENCONA manages and utilises data effectively, both financially and operationally. The Commercial Manager will form part of the team that uses data to make strategic decisions, pricing and product profitability and assess commercial viability across all business functions for internal and external productivity, efficiency and growth.

The role will require innovative thinking and bridge the gap between operations, financial and data infrastructure of the company. The Commercial Manager will work closely with the CEO, providing strategic insight and direction. The role will bring ENCONA’s Technology business online by ensuring strategic investments are carried out, and new companies are brought into the group efficiently and continue its success by utilizing the company’s strategic management toolkit.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**
- **Strong financial management and cost accounting experience at a senior level**:

- **Financial modelling and strategic analysis**:

- **Project Management experience, dealing with large scale investment initiatives**:

- **Budgeting and forecasting over a period of at least 3 to 5 years, presenting structured business insight, planning and commercial viability**:

- **Degree and/or post graduate in financial discipline**:

- **Working experience within venture capital acquisition**:

- **Working experience within a manufacturing environment**

The role will require you to have proven negotiation and customer relationship skills and a drive for growth and service excellence. International travel is expected for this role and therefore COVID 19 regulations and a valid passport is required.
