Sales Administrator, preferably with a tertiary qualification and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a technical sales environment within the Construction Machinery or Automotive Industry, required to support the Sales Department to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

**Minimum qualification**:

- Matric essential
- Diploma or any relevant tertiary qualification preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Construction/Earthmoving Equipment ot Automotive Industry required
- Valid license and passport required

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Administration - tender compilation, sales contracts, quotations, PO’s, invoices and delivery notes
- Supplier liaison and negotiations
- Maintain Dealer agreements and contracts
- Assist with ordering of equipment process
- Update regional stock status and reports
- Plan and monitor routine stock maintenance
- Transportation - Liaise with Receiver of goods, obtain best quotations, meet all requirements, cost management and tracking of goods
- Purchasing - Prepare purchase orders and obtain authorization, supplier liaison and administration, process invoices
