Executive Assistant and HR Administrator

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Executive Support:
- Manage the calendars and schedules of executives, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in organising company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
- Maintain organised filing systems and databases.
3. HR Administration:
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. General Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, directing them to the appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or HR administrator.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a technology is a plus.
