**Administrator / Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office 365, Google Workspace).

**Working Conditions**:

- This role primarily operates in a professional office environment.
- Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate business needs.
- May be required to stand for extended periods and lift/move light objects occasionally.
