Receptionist

We are looking for a vibrant individual to assist with daily reception duties.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for switchboard - Ensuring calls are diverted to the correct extension.
- Message taking
- Greeting all visitors in a friendly manner;
- Ensure all visitors complete the visitor’s log when signing in;
Announce visitors as necessary
- Assisting with tea / coffee / refreshments on meeting days
- Receive parcels from different courier companies and arrange parcel collection.
- Capturing courier invoices and waybills on Microsoft Excel.
- Assisting Office Manager with ordering of stock (staff refreshments, toiletries, etc)
- Ad hoc office administration including, but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, binding etc.
**Minimum Requirements**
- At least 2-years office administration experience.
- Familiarity in Excel, outlook, and MS Word skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Be organized and able to take direction under authority
- Dedicated and reliable
- Time Management Skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must have matric
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
