**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Payroll Qualification or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience working in a payroll office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Sage 300 People Payroll software programs.
- Jarrison Clocking system program.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
**Payroll Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Manage a payroll of +/- 1500 employees.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related payroll matters.
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Resolve payroll errors.
- Prepare reports for weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Able to meet weekly and month payroll deadlines.
