We are currently looking for a Technical Manageri the Southern region, to manage the implementation and delivery of multiple Electronic Security projects with the region from start to completion and handover to client as well as manage technical contracts such as maintenance and service contracts.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:**
Technical Skills and capabilities**
- Manage and support technical implementation with clear detail understanding of the integration between systems
- Ensure that relevant installers are put in place and that their technical skills are of such nature that they can implement the systems
- Proficient in handling the most security systems such as access control, CCTV, networks, fibre, fire, etc. This includes latest software tools and technologies, and experience working with industry systems
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, basic network architectures and integration of systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and ability assist with technical challenges on site
- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
- Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
- Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
- Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
- Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team member
- Conduct client site assessments and support with detail technology system design and specification

**Project Management**
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
- Analyse economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors
- Manage delivery of the projects and updating of the technical dashboard, coordinating with relevant staff and providing detail weekly update
- Engage with service providers that supply equipment to ensure delivery and support is managed effectively
- Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
- Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
- Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for salary increments
- Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time
- Support the technical teams on operational sites to ensure client service requirements
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
