**Team Leader**

We are launching new partnerships here at amplify5, and to ensure we set this up for success we are looking for experienced, engaging, fun and dedicated Team Leaders.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader specializing in Gap and Vehicle Insurance to lead our sales team to success. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Gap and Vehicle Insurance products, along with exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Leadership and Team Management**:_
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals, regularly monitoring progress and providing feedback.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:_
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- **Product Expertise**:_
- Possess expert knowledge of Gap and Vehicle Insurance products, including coverage options, pricing, and market trends.
- Train team members on product features, benefits, and selling points to effectively communicate with clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance and accurate representation of products.
- **Client Relationship Management**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry partners.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:_
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- **Administration**_
- Manage the staffing rota, considering call patterns and peak periods of contact, to ensure the best level of service is maintained throughout the week and year.
- Produce weekly reporting to show contact levels, reasons, and performance against KPIs.
- Attend monthly project meeting with Logistics, Ecom, Retail and IT, sharing the most common contact reasons and helping the group to identify possible solutions to improve the experience for our customers.
- Develop a relationship with our Zendesk Account Manager, periodically reviewing any new opportunities available within the platform.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and service.
- Recognise where further support is needed and escalate to the Digital Director in a timely manner.
- Recruit and on-board any new starters including additional staff over Christmas peak.
- Ensure gift card stocks are maintained.
- The role will be based in one of our State-of-the Art offices in the CBD, with free refreshments, and many community events which support our ethos of putting people first and equipping them to be the best they can be

- Must have a working smartphone device to complete 2 step verification when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric (Completed)

**Experience**:

- 2 years of unbroken experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment.
- 2 years of experience in an insurance sales role.
- 18 Months experience in a UK contact centre environment
- Proven track history of excelling in Sales KPI’s.
- A positive can-do attitude, to solving queries.

**Benefits**:
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
